Summer Weekend

We took the boys on a canoe trip down the Juniata river this weekend. We all loved it. It was so peaceful. We are going to try tubing down the river this coming weekend. Same peaceful atmosphere with less work for mom and dad. I was tempted to stay in the air conditioning today to get some work done around the house, then changesd my mind and decided to take the kids to hersheypark instead. Glad I did because they had a blast and they got to run off their extreme toddler enegry. I am hoping for a peaceful evening with an early bedtime.

Tonsils

Both of my Boys had their tonsils removed on June 4, 2010. It took a week and a half for them to start felling better and it was the longest week and a half of my life. I don't know what I was thinking by having them both done at the same time but at least now it is over. They are feeling better and eating better and Mason says he got his "ROAR" back. And that is all that really matters.

The boys are certainly enjoying their summer. Caleb has discovered that swimming is alot more fun this year and Mason is now big enough to ride the swings at Hersheypark. We recently got a new patio set which makes me happy and a new grill which makes Ken happy. Life is good.

new beds

We got a new big bot bed for Mason and now both boys are sharing a room. They really seem to be enjoying it. It makes bed time easier because Ken doesn't have to go back and forth between the roomd. Anything to make it easier......
